Adamson Novak is a director, producer, and creative; his work stretches across film and theatre. His work carries a musicality to it inspired by his love of the Broadway stage and movie musicals.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Adamson strives to tell authentic stories with pride. He believes that mediums like film and theatre have the power to push boundaries and bring change.
Some notable works include Cookies Left Out to Cool (2024), How to Spot a Heterosexual (2023), along with his work for DePaul University, Professional Diversity Network, and WorldStrides. Adamson also works in theatre, producing video and projection content for Hennepin Theatre Trust's Spotlight Showcase. Adamson interned for NBCUniversal's Chicago Today.
He is graduating in June 2024 with a Film and Television BFA with a concentration in Directing at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
